Tucked in between two pizza places on Main Street sits Glace Artisan Ice Cream. It's fresh, clean style is a delightful feature that sets it apart from the surrounding shops. The two scoopers were very patient with my friends and I as we tested over half of the ice creams and sorbets.

The most innovative, creative, and vivid flavors were invented by a fellow of the name Christopher Elbow. Flavors such as Goat Cheese and Honey, Pineapple-Cilantro Sorbet, Fleur De Sel Caramel, Strawberry Sour Cream, and French Lavender were so new to my tongue, and generally quite delectable. For under five dollars, you can grab up to three flavors of the perfect amount of ice cream in a cup, have a seat at one of the round metal high top tables or grab a seat outside on the patio on a nice day.
